Our Story
As a sustainability professional, I founded a consulting company to use my experience and skills to work with small-medium sized enterprises (SMEs) and organizations to track, improve and certify sustainability indicators as well as build a culture of sustainability.
I’ve always believed that business processes and procedures are the best way to achieve sustainability. Sustainability enables businesses and organizations to be more efficient and enables long-term thinking which leads to reduced risk and more comprehensive strategic planning. Improving the environmental and social impact of your organization is also an important component of operating responsibly for customers and the public.

Meet Our Team

Chantal Forgues
Chantal Forgues is a sustainability strategist with over 15 years of experience helping organizations integrate environmental responsibility into core business operations. With an MBA and a Master’s in Environment, she specializes in building practical, efficient systems that strengthen performance, reduce risk, and deepen trust with stakeholders.
Her work spans corporate, academic, nonprofit, and community sectors. As Lead Sustainability Advisor at Cogeco Communications, she oversaw ESG reporting, investor relations, and sustainable finance initiatives aligned with global standards such as GRI and SASB. Through Lyria Conseil, Chantal now supports small and medium-sized organizations in developing actionable sustainability plans rooted in engagement, measurement, and long‑term strategy.

Bianzhi Li
Bianzhi is an early-career professional with a strong interest in ESG and sustainability consulting. She is pursuing a degree in Economics, Environment, and Entrepreneurship from McGill University. She brings an interdisciplinary, research-oriented, and innovative approach to consulting. At Lyria, Bianzhi works on business structuring, waste and compost management, sustainable procurement, client development, and grant applications.
Bianzhi’s passion for sustainability began in childhood after witnessing successful biodiversity restoration projects in her hometown. Since then, she has been committed to pursuing work that creates positive environmental and social impact. Bianzhi has also served as a sustainability coordinator for various events and community initiatives.
